Daily Update:

We're really getting spoiled up here with fantastic conditions day in and out!  We're going to have to start holding goggle tan competitions because they're looking goooood.  Tomorrow will be much like today with firm, hard pack snow in the am that softens during the day with a layer of loose granular on top.  Narrow Gauge was in particularly awesome shape today, but everyone I talked to was pretty thrilled with the whole mountain.  Should be much of the same goodness tomorrow right through this weekend!  There has been some concern over a potential weather system this weekend but forecasters are saying the storm should be sticking south of us.  It may push some clouds our way but according to NWS, that's about it.

The high tomorrow will be 45 degrees at the summit and the low will be 33 at the base.  Groomers will be doing work on the same 74 trails that they did last night.  Once again wind does not look to be a problem but you can find out if there are any changes to lift operations by checking the Trails and Lifts Page and Twitter

We've got plenty of events coming up- the Bud Light Concert Series continues this Saturday, featuring Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. Tickets are just $20 in advance, and you can get yours right here

Saturday will be "March Radness," our third Rail Jam of the season. Sign up in the Board Room and session your moves in the newly redone terrain parks. After the jam will be the premiere of OneYear featuring World Class Riders Kelly Clark, Andy Finch and Dave Downing. The movie will start at 8pm, Saturday, March 13th at the Sugarloaf Chapel. Doors will open at 7:30PM with free ice cream for all. The evening will conclude with door prizes.

Goggle tans are hot.

Outdoor Center Update

Congratulations to all the competitors in our famous Inferno race - a free heel race from the top of Whiffletree to the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center that was held on Sunday!

Our cross country ski trails are in great shape! We are experiencing fabulous spring skiing conditions, firm and fast in the am, warming up to nice soft snow during the afternoon. Enjoyable skiing for everyone!  Unfortunately, our ice rink is closed for the season because of the warm Spring like weather.  We are tilling and grooming the trails every day and the skiing is spectacular. We have skiing on 70 kilometers of trails and a great variety of snowshoe trails. Our awesome staff of Nordic ski instructors provide a variety of skate and classic lesson packages. The Bull Moose Café is open everyday, 10-2, serving delicious soups and sandwiches for lunch. Join us for fun at the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center!
