Cancel an online reservation
Policies: A 50% reservation deposit is taken upon booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, when cancellations are made more than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of a credit card authorization for $200.00 will be taken. There are no refunds for early departures/late arrivals. No pets are allowed. All Sugarloaf properties are non-smoking.
